He answered questions that we had that were not even about the project he was checking. The guy was very personable and nice to our dog :) while he took measurements. "My house is up on blocks and needed to be leveled and some beams replaced. Deep Rock Foundation is a very good company to do any foundation job you have. I give them a 5 Star But a company is as good as the people who work for them. Ben and his crew were the best. Ben presented himself in a very professional manner. He is very personable and easy to talk to, he knows his stuff. Ben is not pushy as far as if he knows you have a certain budget, he doesnâ t make you feel guilty or anything if you canâ t afford a certain foundation work. He will tell you what you need and even give you maybe an option like plan A, B, or C. Sometimes we are not financially able to spend a certain amount or want to finance it and option B is better for now and knowing that the company is a great company go back to them at a later time and do the rest of the work. Ben was here most of the job which I like, because he knew what I wanted and I didnâ t have to explain things to different people he saw the project from beginning to the end. Which is a big plus in my eyes. Ben will help you anyway he can, I even had one of my dogs that got out of the fence and Ben went running after her and got her for me instead of just standing there and letting her run off. He has tremendous patient with kids, my toddler granddaughter just became good friends with him and she ask him tons of repeated questions and he never loss his cool he would repeatably answer her same questions when she was around him. The Crew were very polite and did a great job. At the end of the project, they clean up the area spotless and took all the trash away. I give Deep Rock Foundation a 5 Star and Ben and his crew a 10 Star. When my house needs to be re-leveled years from now, I will go back to Deep Rock Foundation because I had a great experience with them and I know you will also"

"Ty came out and after talking to me and taking some measurements, since the whole house was on a tilt from front to back, respectfully suggested that it would cost too much money to repair and that it was probably not worth it on an older home. He suggested that if we can live with it, that we should just do some cosmetic repairs. He even made some suggestions on how best to make these repairs by not just spackling, but actually replacing sections of drywall since the points were already weak. I really appreciated the honesty and feedback on how best to proceed."

"Olshan sent Jorge Garcia (the crew supervisor) and his crew including Rafael Gutierrez, Jose Euceda Padilla, Damian Agra, Wilson Pinto, and Jose Rodriguez to install 21 piers under the foundation of my house. A water test was performed both before and after the levelling, They did an excellent job completing the job in three days and cleaned up afterwards. They were polite, professional and answered all my questions."

"Allen and his crew did an outstanding job in leveling our foundation. This is a pricey endeavor. Having said that, Allen gave a very fair bid. Our doors now shut and the cracks are significantly narrowed (just needing float, tape, texture, and paint repair on cracks). I made a recommendation to a dear friend and she is having Hercules do her foundation as well. Allen returned all calls, text messages, and emails. Allen is an honest person and did everything that he said he would. We could not be more PLEASED with his team's professional work. Thank you, Allen."

"I needed a foundation estimate for a potential real estate transaction. Two Brothers came out the very next day, measured, and were exceptionally prompt to answer all my questions and emails. The sellers had their preferred big name company come out to measure and the measurements did not match up. An independent structural engineer then measured the house and concluded Two Brothers were the company that matched up with what actually needed to be done. I was told if the other company were to work on the house, it would cause further damage!! The sale of the home did not work out unfortunately"
