Horrible! I wish I could give this NO STARS! Naji the head contractor basically left the employees that did not speak any English, did not inspect the work and took no accountability for the actions. The workers tripped a circuit that controlled the outside plugs and garage outlets, which caused my freezer in the garage to go out. No one alerted me instead used the neighbors outside plug to continue their work. This was not discovered until I went to prepare for a catering contracted event. I own a small catering business and everything in my freezer spoiled because no one alerted me of the tripped plug. I checked on them and no one made any reference to an issue. I discovered this when I went to prepare for an event. The work was also poorly done. I have videos as well as the neighbors testimony. I lost a client and paid more for breech of contract and the poorly done work. I was offered $150 for my trouble. I lost over 9000 including the amount paid for this poorly done work. Not to mention my business reputation. Do not recommend for anyone. Find another company.

Naji came out to give a a quote on painting our patio area around our swimming pool. He was the fourth of five competitors for the job. He was the only one that gave a firm price. The others all said it could be more if we find problems. He also did not ask me to finance the job. He said pay me when the job is complete and you are happy. We gave Naji the job and he said we will start tomorrow! I was looking through some online work Naji had done so on the first day I asked him if he could make it look designer instead of just painting. He said of course and gave me a fantastic price. He told me it would run into a third day of work. His team was Amazing and very friendly! Naji was there every day to guide the team and recap the day with me. His team worked very hard but they were extremely detailed. When the job was completed Naji walked every square foot ( approximately 1,000) with md looking for issues. We found none. We are so excited about the work that was done. It added value to our home. Hiring Naji was a great decision

Naji and his team were very courteous from the start. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that cares most about the customer’s satisfaction totally. The weather dragged it out and one little mishap but they were very honest and finished in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the finished product and would recommend Royal Made Concrete Company 100%!
