"Thank you for your review, it was a pleasure working with you. Fix My Slab"
During the first week of November, 2014, I called Fix My Slab for an appointment to get an estimate on foundation repair. The lady answering the phone set my appointment for November 24th at 9:30AM. I stayed home from work to meet them at my house. No one showed and no one called me to reschedule. I called their office at 9:45 to ask if anyone was coming. I was informed that my appointment was Dec. 15th. When I asked why I was not informed of the change, she said she "didn't know". The lady made no apology and made no effort to help me. I told her I would call another company. She responded "OK, thank you".
Sure couldn't trust this company with my foundation.
"Dear [member name removed], I apologize for your experience and for what I believe was a misunderstanding. When we set an appointment either over the telephone or through email, we record it using both on an online calendar and a handwritten one. I checked both calendars and found your appointment scheduled for December 15, not November 24, which is why we did not call to confirm an appointment on November 24. Apparently, there was a miscommunication, and I have spoken to the office staff and reiterated the importance of double-checking the calendars and confirming the date when setting the initial appointment. Regards, Ty Stricklin"
