I had been asking for my check and didn’t get paid till may 13th, than I ge the check and realize he still didn’t pay me for Thursday May 1st because the start of the new week, so I called and TOLD him if he just wanted to pay me so we save the hassle and time and he ignored me and refused to cooperate with me! I waited a whole week and the day of pay day came and I asked again is there a check for me than he proceeds to say he mailed the check and kept with that up till I started sending him pictures of my mail box etc. now he just completely is ignoring me about the check when THE WHOLE CONVERSATION is on his phone! He might act good and right with yall white people but it’s 2025 and this new generation of Mexicans and ESPECIALLY ones with PAPERS don’t put up with that stuff nomore !!! All I want is MAY 1st day worth of work !! There has not been No check written for 180$ to my name of what’s owed !!"

"I hired Kleen Kuts Tree Service of Manvel to remove an eighteen-year-old oak tree that was damaging my yard and home and grind the stump. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Eddie and his crew were incredibly professional, efficient and thorough. The guys arrived on time and were prepared with the proper equipment to safely remove the tree. No damage was done to my house or plants and, after the tree was down, they cleaned up after themselves, leaving my yard looking spotless. My neighbors who watched the process have even told me that the team was fast and efficient. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received from Kleen Kuts. The responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Oh – and the icing is that his bid was the best one I got! "Two no-shows by someone named “Elian”. Did not show up on time the first time, when contacted, said would be 1hr30 min late. When contacted again 1hr30 min later, texted back that he was on his way, and would be in 15 min. 15 min later, texted back to inform that that morning his boss had decided to cancel all appointments, except for Pleasantville (our appointment was at 6 pm, and he had texted us 15 min. earlier that he was on his way). The second time, around the story repeated itself: “Elian” did not show up on time, we texted him, he said he would be 1hr 45 min late, after which did not show up at all, having us wait until dark. That was after he got our address complete with detailed directions, a google map, and pictures of the property. Strange name, strange accent. Makes me wonder if this is a legit business. I do not recommend getting involved with these people. Too sketchy."
