Actually Olshan did our foundation repair back in 2012. Recently we asked them out, thinking there might be an issue. An Olshan rep came out and we explained our issue; he spent probably an hour with us, looking, taking measurements/readings, and walked around inside and out. With his knowledge, we were able to come to the conclusion we were not having foundation issues, but plumbing issues. We appreciated his time, expertise and thoughtful consideration of our problem. So yes, Olshan was paid (originally by home builder), and we were not charged anything for this rep's time and his visit. We do appreciate and trust Olshan, and if ever needed (hopefully NOT), we would use them again.

Olshan installed pressed piling supports around 3/4 of the perimeter of our home in 2017. All went well with that repair, and the company was good about leaving things cleaned up. We are remodeling our home and added an addition. Olshan was very good about coming to the property to give us opinions as to how to proceed. They've come at no charge to answer our questions about the addition, and a second time to answer questions about moving a wall and opening up a staircase. None of the changes/ or additions to our home have required them to add more pressed pilings or do any additional work to that which was done in 2017. They are an honest company that does a good job.

Olshan sent Jorge Garcia (the crew supervisor) and his crew including Rafael Gutierrez, Jose Euceda Padilla, Damian Agra, Wilson Pinto, and Jose Rodriguez to install 21 piers under the foundation of my house. A water test was performed both before and after the levelling, They did an excellent job completing the job in three days and cleaned up afterwards. They were polite, professional and answered all my questions.

Went well. Rep explained each action and gave immediate results. In contrast, two other foundation companies either said we required over $4500 to repair, or difficulty may be plumbing leak - plumber did come and said there was no leak. (Initial problem was tile raising up in one small section of kitchen)
