David and his team did incredible work at our house sanding and re-staining our hard wood floors, installing a new door and new door trim, and painting/dry wall repair. They started work immediately and finished all of the work more quickly than I could have imagined. The house looks incredible thanks to David and team, highly recommend.

David German was awesome to work with on my project. He went with me to select and purchase materials and was on the site everyday managing what was going on. His crew was very respectful of my home and took great care not to scratch or ding my walls etc. My flooring was perfectly installed. He has an excellent flooring crew and contacts who installed outlets and lighting. I'm very picky when it comes to things like straight caulking lines etc. Everything from tile cuts to the caulking lines were done to perfections. David also worked with me on the pricing as I had a budget and he made it work. Very pleasant in his demeanor and very patient with me throughout the project. I would highly recommend David and his crew.

Great- very good communication and extremely willing to get the job done well and on time.

David, the company owner, was quick to reach out when we started search for removal of old carpet and install of ceramic tile we purchased. He scheduled an appointment with us to review the job, product to be installed and provided a proposal that same day. We had few others bid job but David was patient as discussed all options. We had to delay by a week in making final decision as my husband had to be out of town for work but David diligent in his follow up. David came out and met with my husband and his installer as planned on the morning of job. Rafael, the tile installer, proceeded with the necessary removal of the carpet and prepped for the job. He was very conscientious to clean as he went. He even made sure to roll out plastic floor covering from the work are inside to outdoors to minimize the dust. David came out to check in on the job and ensure all went smoothly. Rafael left the area very clean. We need to wait for everything to dry to view full area but overall it appears they did an excellent job. I will post pictures of completed project once grout is full dry.

Professional and friendly

First of all, I am very happy with the end result! My floors look flawless and amazing! They were very accommodating. I did not want to move out for a week, and they made it happen! They had a rough deadline because of the holidays, and they met it! Every day, they took away the debris and their equipment before they left. They left my place as clean as possible. The crew worked so hard, and they were very respectful.

Excellent Job and will use for other projects. All workers were very professional and highly skilled. Love the attitude of David German and his workers to give us what we wanted. They clean up after the job and hauled off all trash. We have several other projects that David will do

timely, good workmanship

The contractor did not have a clue how to be a contractor and was just jumping into it I found out later. He told me some things that were wrong on how the job was to be done. The guys he used left a huge mess and the place was filthy when they left. They did not know how to caulk the quarter round corners and nail holes and left gaps in it. They left toilet water all over the floor. My door is scraping and he basically ignored that when I pointed it out as he did not have a clue how to fix it and just left. The toilet was put back and not caulked or reseated properly so I have to hire someone else to fix all he did not do right. I literally knew more about his job than he did. He just does not have a clue how to be a contractor and he is winging it and trusting the people he hires to know what to do. He cannot supervise them as he knows nothing about how to do anything construction wise.

New Life Designs did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel after my previous contractor gutted the bathroom and never returned. They cleaned up every night after work and all crew members were a delight to work with. I would hire again and would recommend them to my friends.
