Besides the cosmetic issue, we felt this subsidence was also a tripping hazard. After researching online and using Angi, I found GROUNDWORKS (formerly FSS: Foundation Support Specialists) who came out to give an estimate. Ricardo showed up on time with advanced warning of his ETA. He was thorough and left me with a color-coded bid. Some of the driveway and sidewalk leading to the front door were going to be lifted, and some parts stabilized using the foam injection method. Even though I received bids from 2 other companies, I chose GROUNDWORKS for their 5-year warranty and mid-level pricing. All companies were 4.5 stars or higher on both Google and Angi. On the job day, they arrived on time. The job was completed in about 2 hours. I am very happy with the results."

The house had been moving for years. Called the office, they schedule Allen to come out. He did a wonderful job of assessing the situation, had the team out in less than 3 weeks and the job was done in less than a month. They raised the back half of the house as much as 4 inches in some places. Completely different feel. The house feels solid now. Very happy with the work. "We needed an evaluation of our cracked foundation. They took measurements and established a baseline for annual checkups. They will come back next year to see if there has been any additional movement that would require repair. I offerd to pay them but they said their evaluations are free - no charge. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
