"On March 8, 2024 this terrible business received my deposit of $4500 to start a well and never came on site. Linnie Thompson, whom I spoke with and luckily took photos of the contract she tried to run off with quickly. She told me there are no refunds on deposits, which I clearly told her that's not stated in the contract I signed and she replied with, "It doesn't say it's not refundable either". If you reply with that, you understand blatantly that you are engaging in Deceptice Practices and it will get handled as such. It's terrible that contractors are so desperate, they compromise their entire company, ethics and the only thing they have going for them- their word. Or in my case, an insufficient contract that was poorly structured. I suggest anyone wanting a well to RUN from these scam artists!"

"My home was flooded during the February freeze as many were. I was thrilled when they responded. However, their main aim was to apply equipment to a floor that was clearly ruined, and this equipment was meant to blow air into the floor to get underneath to dry out the water. There was 1/2-3/4" of water under the floor, so this was never going to help. As long as the equipment was there, they could charge the insurance company for it. They did not remove the equipment when it was clear the floor had buckled-- they wanted to keep charging for the rental-- I had to ask them to take it away. No dehumidifers were used to reduce the 80+% humidity in my home. I asked for help to remove sheetrock and dry out areas, to remove the floor, but they refused. They made it clear they were "working for" the insurance company--I even got insurance company on the phone to say it was fine to remove sheetrock and dry out areas, but they still refused. I finally asked them to leave because they were not cooperating in helping to dry out my house. Any question I had on their invoice was met with threats over nonpayment, which was particularly insulting. They operate like an illegitimate business and I would not phone them again under any circumstance."

We do charge a small service fee of $59.00-$69. We also give you a straight forward price. So before we start any job you will know what your price is exactly. When one of our trained professional gets to your home he will thoroughly evaluate the problem and give you a solution.
"We had leak that left a couple of water spots in our home and I called this company because of the good reviews. But we were indeed scammed, the technician quoted us $21k for a “bellying of our pipes”. We had mentioned to the tech that everytime we noticed the wet spots it was when we ran our dishwasher but he never checked our dishwasher or anything. We asked him to do the camera to check our pipes and he concluded the ‘pipe bellying’ due to ‘erosion’ (The pipe camera service is $450 btw, another ridiculous amount.) Well first of all, our home is a NEW build, its less than 5 yrs old so it ddnt make sense to me, plus who has 21k? We went ahead and hired a different plumbing company and within the first 15mins they concluded that it was our dishwasher that was causing the leak! I saw it with my own eyes. They said that i just needed to replace our dishwasher. They said that there’s nothing wrong with our pipes. Which totally makes sense because we noticed the leak everytime we used our dishwasher. Plus they fixed our garbage disposal for FREE compared to Texas quality plumbing quoted us $750 for a new one. How ridiculous. I called Texas quality plumbing because it was upsetting to get quoted 21k and i also asked for the video recording and pictures and a detailed report of the pipe camera service they provided and they cannot provide me with the report. They said ‘we can come out again and the tech will do it again and explain to you where he found the bellying’. They said that they dont even have the initial recording! Another thing to add, since we stopped using our dishwasher we haven’t had ANY LEAKS! PLEASE PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN USING THIS COMPANY AND MAKE SURE TO GET A SECOND OPINION! THIS COMPANY CHARGED US A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY AND THEY MISDIAGNOSED WHAT WAS WRONG! BOOK A DIFFERENT COMPANY! Attached are photos of their ridiculous prices. "Be very careful if you need any plumbing work done in The Woodlands. DO NOT call JD Precision Plumbing, they are modern day Pirates. They charged me $800.00 to replace this one small section of water main. took every bit of 30 minutes. They say free estimates on their website. When I called for service, I was told there is a $175.00 service call charge and would be I would be credited this amount if work is done. I'm thinking it cannot cost much over $175.00 to fix. (wrong). They estimated $791.00 to fix it. I'm not home due to a surgery and have buddy relaying info to me. I think ok, the $791.00 less the $175.00 so $616.00 to me. (wrong again). I not only get charged 791.00! they added 3% for using a credit card. Now I'm at $815.00 to fix. I try getting justification on charges from their operations manager only to be told JD Precision plumbing is so big and they have higher overhead than any other plumbers, therefore have higher costs for service. I call BS."

When I called for service, I was told there is a $175.00 service call charge and would be I would be credited this amount if work is done. I'm thinking it cannot cost much over $175.00 to fix. (wrong). They estimated $791.00 to fix it. I'm not home due to a surgery and have buddy relaying info to me. I think ok, the $791.00 less the $175.00 so $616.00 to me. (wrong again). I not only get charged 791.00! they added 3% for using a credit card. Now I'm at $815.00 to fix. I try getting justification on charges from their operations manager only to be told JD Precision plumbing is so big and they have higher overhead than any other plumbers, therefore have higher costs for service. I call BS."
