He was sure to show me what the issue was, what needed to be done, and what the alternative was. I was not pressured into anything and I appreciate being shown the problem area. Monty helped walk me through choosing a new HVAC system. Once again no pressure and shown all of my choices. Lance and his crew came to remove the old system, install the new system, and thoroughly clean out the air ducts. All of the guys that came to my home were courteous and professional and their office staff is very friendly and quickly addresses any questions.
