My AC was leaking through the secondary pipes. Minutman responded quickly when called. Alen Munoz did a great job of finding the problem. He showed me pictures of his findings and gave me options on how to correct it. He took care of the problem and there are no more leaks.

This was actually just a preventative maintenance to prepare for the summer heat. Coronado was the tech and he was very prompt and friendly. The best part of MinuteMan is that they donâ t use hard sales tactics. They tell you about offerings, but they donâ t try to pressure you to buy anything.

Julian was our technician. He performed a 6-month routine maintenance service. Julian was very professional. When he came into our house he wore protective booties. The entire service was done in about an hour. We will ask for Julian for all future services!

Iâ m really impressed with this company! Great communication from making an appointment to meeting the technician (and they send you a picture and a small bio, so you know whoâ s going to knock on your door). They also provide a maintenance plan, which covers 2 tune-ups a year and gives you a discount if repairs are needed. My new technician Chris Gideon was awesome! Very polite and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained a lot of things about my system. Real professional here! Ask for Chris when you need THE HVAC technician.

Came as part of a maintenance plan to service heating and air systems. Tech came on time, completed the work efficiently. He was friendly and addressed all of the required check ups. He also replace our smoke detector batteries, as is difficult for me to climb a ladder.

My brother’s AC stopped working and a different HVAC person said that they would need to replace the unit. I called MinuteMan because they had replaced my unit in my building years ago. Darren looked at the unit and said there was no need to replace the unit that it was just a clogged drain. He unclog the drain and the air conditioner was working, good as new! Will definitely recommend them in the future!

Minuteman replaced my entire Htg /AC about 3 years ago with a more energy efficient unit, and they maintain it year round with periodic checkups according to the maintenance plan I pay for each year. They are professional, on time, give you a Text heads up on who is coming, are fast and efficient, and make sure you are satisfied with their work before they leave.
