"He and the other worker are inconsistent on the days and times that they were even here and working. One worker took a very long lunch break and appeared to have fallen asleep in his truck when we were gone. Then he said had no materials and could not continue to work. He left at 3pm. He would leave to do another job, when there was still work to be done for us. Since the 2nd payment, he has not shown up again. He wanted $500 of the last payment before work was completed, but we wouldn?t pay more without finishing the job. He will not return our calls.
