"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"At first, it went well. Mr. Clarkson, the owner, was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He came over within a reasonable time frame to bid the job and provided a written estimate that was fair. They also got us on the schedule fairly quickly. The office staff that we spoke to were all nice and professional as well. The siding repair went fine. Then, when they did the roof, we were pleasantly surprised that they finished in one day. However, when we came home to see the roof after it was finished, things started to go awry. We noticed that there was some material still laying in one of our flower beds. When I asked him about it, Mr. Clarkson stated that one of his guys would be "back to finish the drip edge". The man did come back right away, but he never properly finished installing the metal drip edge. I alerted Mr. Clarkson to the fact that a portion of the drip edge was left incomplete. It was very noticeable- I don't see how someone could have accidentally left it that way, honestly. Anyway, Mr. Clarkson responded quickly and stated that someone would come fix it. Ok, no problem. However, when the "someone" arrived to fix it, they still didn't install it correctly. Again, a noticeable piece of the drip edge was missing. So, I contacted Mr. Clarkson again and asked that he personally come look at the "correction". He did so- promptly and without complaint. After seeing the drip edge, he told me that he agreed with me- that it was substandard. He seemed genuinely put out with his own workers for not installing it correctly. He stated that someone would come fix it. So, the third time his guys came out to fix the drip edge rolls around... They showed up at 7:45 pm and it was already dark, so they couldn't adequately see what they were doing. To make matters worse, we observed them climbing on the window trying to reach the repair area. Turns out, they had come to the house to do the repair without even bringing a LADDER! After we let them use our ladder, the drip edge was installed adequately, but jeez...talk about unprofessional! So, overall, it seems that Mr. Clarkson is trying to run an honest and quality business. He really seems to be a nice man, and if this rating were just for him- he'd get an A. However, a business is only as good as the people it employs. There's also a lot to be said for doing things right the first time."

"Jennifer responded immediately to schedule an estimate. Michael provided a detailed quote and answered all of my questions. After selecting M&J Home Improvement of SA, Michael coordinated with me to schedule the repairs and provided all information I needed for my prior approval from my homeowner’s association. Michael and his crew was on time, prepped the entire interior and exterior, performed the work perfectly, and cleaned the work are every day. The work included repairing studs and header beam that had rotted. To complete, they needed to remove interior drywall, insulation, a large window, and replace the studs and beams. They then removed the damaged exterior stucco and replaced. The project took about 8 work days to complete and looks better than new. We also had ceiling and drywall damage in our garage following a summer monsoon that was also repaired at the same time. M & J did such an amazing job that we will be using them for a kitchen and master bath remodel as well as to repair exterior French doors that were improperly installed by the previous owners."

"We are preparing to sell our house this summer and I had been painting various rooms throughout the house. We have high ceilings in several rooms, and the project was taking me quite a long time, so I called Charlie (as well as other painting contractors) to give me estimates on completing the work.



Charlie was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and he spent all the time that I wanted going through the house discussing the job, going over all of the details, and answering all of my questions. His estimate was right in line with one of the other contractors I had called, and was less than I had expected. I chose 360 Painting because of the time Charlie had spent with me going over the job and all of the details that he pointed out. He also had another job that had been delayed so he could start much sooner than anybody else.



The job was to finish the first coat of paint in the areas that I had not done or couldn't reach, then to go over everything with a second coat of paint, along with painting the inside sills of some windows. The price was for labor only, and I provided all of the paint. The areas to be done were a two story high foyer, entry hall, two story high family room, kitchen, stairway, upstairs game room, and upstairs hallway. The job was planned to take three days.



The Good:

-The crew showed up on time and got to work right away on the first day and the second day.

-Charlie arrived shortly after the crew did on the first day to go over the job with them and make to make sure we were all on the same page.

-They worked fast and did an excellent job, and the areas they painted look terrific.

-They were very unobtrusive and cleaned up at the end of every day.

-They would do any little extras that you needed or wanted without any hassle or extra charges.

-The price was very reasonable and includes a warranty.

-They will come back after the job to do any small touchups or fixes at no charge if you find anything later.



The Bad:

-The crew was 2 1/2 hrs. late arriving on the third and final day of the job. I like to wait until after they arrive and start working before going to my office so that I could go over that day's plan with them before leaving the house. This put a real wrench in my day (this is the reason for the "B" grade on punctuality). However, they were on time the other days and actually finished the job earlier than planned.

-They started to caulk around our shutters, even though that was not part of the job, was never discussed, and wasn't something that we wanted done. My wife noticed it and stopped them, and they cleaned off the caulking and repainted those areas around the windows.



360 Painting and Charlie were great and I will definitely use them again. The house that we are moving to is much older than our current home, and needs a have a good amount of painting and drywall work done in various areas. I am already planning to call 360 Painting again as soon as we move in.

Started job quickly and completed all work within several days. Hauled away all old materials and cleaned up the area where they were working. Very satisfied with the results.
