I couldn't be more pleased with Payton Mechanical & Plumbing. Seriously, I chatted directly with Kenny (owner) who worked with me directly on my PRV replacement. He was honest, transparent, and also willing to beat any other quotes I get to show that they want me to be a life-long customer (which I will be after this experience). Darean (his plumber) came out to my house the next day. He was knowledgable, explained all the details, and even taught me some additional insights about the plumbing in the front and backyard. I will definitely be saving their number for any future project I have - high quality, reasonable, fair price, and professional.

I have hired the Canco Water restoration to start my water damage project. So far just their initial review of the work I need done was a great experience. Matt and Darean were extremely professional and very understanding of my worries and have reassured any doubt I had. I can't wait to get the job going. Kenneth Barrett is wonderful to speak with and extremely easy to work with. He explains and understands the worries of home owners. Once the project is done I will be back to write another 5 star review because I believe these guys will do a great job.

Kenneth Barrett and his right-hand man, Tony Godsey, are an amazing team. Kenny was extremely prompt in responding to our cry for help about a water leak on a Saturday afternoon and had his crew out to immediately clean up and assess the extent of the damage throughout the rest of the weekend. They helped us in planning all of the next steps with our insurance company and helped to make sure that everything was considered in having the claim inspected. First and foremost, the level of communication that Kenny and Tony had with us was fantastic. They gave us their cell phones and made sure that we knew where they were at in the next stage of demolition and restoration. They were always responsive to our calls and text messages, even on evenings and weekends. They were upfront and honest about their assessment of unplanned setbacks and supply chain issues. I immediately recognized them to be trustworthy and uncompromising in their attention to detail and genuine with their professional opinions; including a very critical eye of the work done by the other Canco staff and subcontractors (i.e., plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.). Tony made absolutely sure that the work being done on our home was up to his standards, even if it meant having someone come back to touch up some things. Our experience of working with Kenny, Tony and the rest of their water mitigation/restoration team could not have been any better. I cannot recommend them enough to help someone through the painful process of disaster recovery.

Project took a long time to complete.

This review is overdue, the project was completed in mid-February 2022. Kenneth and his team are spot on their assessment for my issue. First off Kenneth responded to my request within minutes of me submitting it on Angiâ s List. He asks me several questions to understand more about my water damage. Kenneth even went as far to ask if I needed immediate help and would come over even though it was late at night. We set a date and time for his team to come over and assess my water damage. What I suspected was water damage from the second floor to the first floor was not accurate. Unfortunately, it was urine from my pets. Kenneth crew came by with high-tech equipment to see how much moisture there is underneath my subflooring down to the first floor. His team explained to me that there is no leak at all from water, they checked all bathrooms surrounding the damage with no evidence. His team proposed a plan on how to treat my moisture damage at a verry fair price. The next day, his team came by with the equipment for upstairs and downstairs, and sprayed a bio chemical for the surface mildew, set the dehumidifiers and fans where they needed to be positioned and let it run for 3 days straight, but they said they will run it for 4 days instead. On the fourth day, Kenneth team came back to re-assess the moisture underneath my subfloor, and it was all dry, no moisture detected and I was thrilled to hear that. After the equipment was removed, one team member came back and sprayed bio chemical again to assure any surface mildew is eliminated. After that I was able to move forward with my project and remove the carpet and install flooring. Kenneth and his crew saved me thousands of dollars from other companies' quotes, and unnecessary work. His logical thinking and ability to break it down in lames terms where I can understand tells me a lot that he relates to home owners like myself. I would definitely recommend Kenneth, his company Canco for home projects or issues that demand experts to do the job right the first time. Thank you, Kenneth!

Kenny and his team at Canco Construction are amazing. We had our dishwasher break and leak all over the place, behind cabinets and under the floors. Kenny quickly responded to my call and was out inspecting and setting up equipment to get things going. He was able to get us dried out and put back together. I highly recommend him and his team.

We had a leak in the wall between the large bathroom & my study. The original contractor disappeared on us. When we alerted on Angies list (home advisor) we got calls from 3 businesses & met with all 3. We chose Canco Construction. They quickly began the build back in the two rooms damaged from the water leak. We are very pleased with the work done. They worked with us to achieve what we wanted from the job. The pack up, furniture removal & replacement was carefully done. Every time I walk into one of those rooms I smile at the beauty of the. repair. Thank you .Kenny,Tony & crews.
