"Ryan and his crew were wonderful, friendly, and eager to please. John, the owner, came out at the end of the project to ensure I was pleased and also helped move some furniture back in place. There were a few things where I think they could improve and I told them what they were: 1) For the prep side of things, use of drop cloths over furniture so dust isn't settling on everything, 2) turning off the ventilation system so that dust isn't being pumped through the house prior to removing the carpet and prepping the foundation. I would take a star off for that, but they worked so hard to try and make me happy that they deserve that star. My floors are gorgeous, and I will be using FCI again."

They installed a shower bench with multiple grab bars. The flooring has texture which has grip which will help prevent slippery surfaces. They repainted the walls and got rid of the popcorn ceiling."
