We are a family owned and operated, full service landscape company. We do everything from weekly lawn maintenance to outdoor living areas. We services all of Montgomery county and parts of north Harris. We offer warranties on all services and installations. Install the best, repair the rest!
"First of all, they do very good hardscaping and landscaping work - very talented. I am a returning customer who needed help with my sprinklers as they were not appropriate for my newly designed backyard. They were very responsive in the beginning, sent out one of their sprinkler guys who told me that we needed to add a zone and he was pretty confident he could do that with the old system (took off cover and showed me the slots.) I told him that there was only six zones on the system itself so just let me know if we needed to upgrade. The quote i received was to replace 10 heads - not add a zone. After asking for the bid for an upgrade - I then eventually received a quote for a new system (W-fi) that had 12 zones. I did research on the unit and it seems good but thought if i had 12 zones it would be nice to break up some of the zones so I could have more control over certain areas of the yard (roses, muddy areas etc.) This is where the issues started....i asked for a call to discuss directly and via email just to be redirected to the bids that were not addressing my concerns (more than once.) I was told by Sam that he would call me right back but never did. The last straw was when Brianna said Sam would be at my house between 9 and 11am on a Friday to discuss - no show. I emailed into the office and was told he would reach out when he was on the way (?) I then txtd Sam and let him know I had to leave just in case he was still planning to come by (by this time it was 3pm) and would be available after 5pm. He then said if not after 5 (no show) he would be by "tomorrow", Sat 9 to 11am - again a no show. Again i txted to let him know i had to leave at 1pm Saturday - nothing. I emailed them this morning to express my disappointment - nothing. Not an apology for wasting my time - nothing. To be clear, i spent close to if not an even $20k with them upgrading my hardscaping and plants. The lack of courtesy and blatant lack of appreciation for my past business is perplexing. To be fair - my hardscaping and plants look really good. The flagstone patio looks very good. Service on the "smaller" jobs to keep things beautiful is lacking."
