DO NOT RECOMMEND Anchor Plumbing Services. I hired them to install two new toilets for me last year, a water heater, AND a house shutoff. Paid a mint but they got good reviews. Well, the hall bath toilet started rocking. It turns out they installed it "as is" back onto the flange knowing it wasn't bolted into the floor. So, rather than informing me so I could have them install the toilet properly, they installed it the same wrong way the toilet had been installed previously knowing that I wouldn't be able to see it, since it was underneath the toilet. The only thing holding the toilet down was a bead of caulk. The flange ended up breaking because it wasn't secured, which caused the rocking toilet, and they had the audacity to quote me $2200 to repair the problem they caused from their laziness. DO NOT USE ANCHOR PLUBMING.

We spent 12,00 to find out that they only did 2 patches on the drainage pipes. The drains backed up again. We called another company, and they replaced the 24 feet of drainage pipe for less. We feel like we were taken advantage of because of our age and need.

I got a service quote for my toilet, kitchen sink leak and garbage disposal. They quoted me $1,000 worth of work stating my garbage disposal had to be completely replaced and all my toilet seals were bad and needed to be replaced. None of that was the truth! Iâ m so glad I got a second option and wasted $60 for their service fee. I did not need a new garbage disposal at all. There is a button at the bottom of mine thatâ s specifically for jams! I was told by anchor that I needed to replace the whole thing because un jamming it would cause a leak (lie)! Also, my toilet seal are fine! All I needed was a new flap! $5 fix! I feel like the technician 100% tried to take advantage of me. Called another company and for the kitchen sink, garbage disposal and toilet, all I paid was $285 with warranty included!

It was a bit involved trying to discover the source of the leak. But i'm glad that the tech was able to repair it adequately, & was very courteous.
