"We have had them for a long time and they are very expensive for the work that they do, but there is no other way to change the filters unless you are very young, limber and can get under the sink. We had some problems with the main source where we put the salt in the water and the gentleman said it would take another call for them to remove what caked up at the bottom because we had been using the pellets instead of the rocks. So I told him I would call him later and I have not done it. You would think as a customer service they would do it right then because they are here.
