"We have had them for a long time and they are very expensive for the work that they do, but there is no other way to change the filters unless you are very young, limber and can get under the sink. We had some problems with the main source where we put the salt in the water and the gentleman said it would take another call for them to remove what caked up at the bottom because we had been using the pellets instead of the rocks. So I told him I would call him later and I have not done it. You would think as a customer service they would do it right then because they are here. We make an appointment ahead of time so they always show up for their appointment time."

They told me if I referred anyone to them they would give me $500 credit. My skin feels better and all my food and coffee I make with my water taste better. Installing a salt filter is not as good because you end up loosing 300 gallons of water a month. One time I called to tell them my filter was leaking and they found everything was running and they didn't charge me."
