He added footers around the perimeter to handle the weight of the patio cover we are going to build and gave it the slight slope we needed to move any water away from the house. Aaron gave pros & cons of using pavers/crushed granite vs flagstone/mortar; no hard sell for either one. He explained we would need a small retaining wall on one side of patio to deal with sloping yard. We went with flagstone/mortar as it would match existing retaining wall and steps. Aaron provided an itemized proposal and placed us on his schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Once started, they were finished in a week. Clean-up was outstanding.
