"We reached out to them to have handle a stucco project for us and they were very prompt in their response. We spoke to several people who gave us great advise, however they are in Austin not Dallas so were unable to use them."

"If there is an area where I was 100% novice, it is that one!
He gave me one advice: change air filter regularly as I did not change any of those after more than a year after buying the house. This to give you an idea of how much I knew about air conditioning!
He was pretty talkative, that's fine.
Two things I really did not like:
1) Saying that he is professional and he is cheating like others
2) He told me that he fiiled 7 pounds and to illustrate, he measured final weight of his tank. But he did show weight before he start filling!!! It would have just been more acceptable to tell me verbally this is how much he filled instead of giving me helf information that I cannot verify.
