I purchased Maestro's coupon on the Anglies List site upfront for $175 on April 21st, filled out the online service request - no response. Following week, sent separate email thru their company website contact at gotomaestro.com - no response. Angieslist customer service rep called them and left a msg on their company voice mail system ----- no response. I called them on their company voice mail system and left a personal msg with my name, my location, what I purchased, what work I needed, my email address and my phone number ----- no response. I was refunded the pre-purchased coupon of $175 from Angies List which has great customer service! A for Angieslist customer service.. As for Maestro.....well they need to rethink their company strategy and perhaps delist from Angies...and focus on corporate high end systems...they are not a residential option...

"Our deepest apologies for the confusion. While we had a pay for contract with Angieslist that ended back in October of 2016, we naturally assumed that we would be completely severed from Angieslist and did not update our company information as that too had changed. Since and as a result, anyone who used the contact information from our business profile on Angieslist proved futile. We are a very responsive company and hold ourselves to very high standards. Our position is that we strongly feel that we should have been told that an "ACTIVE" free site at Angieslist with outdated coupons from our business would still have been visible to potential clients after the contract termination. While we would be happy to delist from Angieslist, it appears as though we are permanently associated with them in some form or fashion and we will deal with that separately. We work with many residential clients and hope that you will consider us in the future. Again, my apologies for all the confusion."

Absolutely awesome. I called Joseph after hours, he listed to my need and said he will sent someone out tomorrow. Half an hour before appointment the tech called to confirmed. Very detail and very clean. He inspected everything one more time before he left. Joseph called one more time to make sure everything is ok. That is what I call customer services.

The wife and I are extremely happy with the results. Maestro did an excellent job with the installation, especially with the in-wall wiring. It took a little time to complete the job, but it was no ordinary task we were asking them to perform. It's two months later and everything is still working without a hitch. They performed some additional work for us, as well. We had them add an extra internet drop downstairs in the living room, where there were none. And they programmed one of the URC MX 780 universal remotes for our home theater in the loft also. The price for all the work they performed was phenomenal. I'd highly recommend these guys. Originally, I even called Bjorn's and the Geek Squad, here in San Antonio, to inquire about them performing the work, but in the end, the best guys won out.

A few glitches putting the in-wall speakers into the wall, but that couldn't be determined ahead of time. The crew was there for 10 hours straight and got the job done! They cleaned up and left us with a functioning system.

When it came to the installation of the TV, perfect!
The only hiccup was that the installer came out the first time and while the sale said, "we mount any TV 65" or smaller", the mount they brought did not fit my older LG TV. This still wouldn't be an issue, but the installer said, "I'll call you and come back early next week." I had to call him back a week and a half later when I didn't hear anything back.
BUT - the owner came out to my house and made sure everything went smoothly. So...while it took a little longer than I had hoped, it ended up perfect. I would recommend these guys....I just had a delay in service myself.

I got the big deal for this service. They called me to set up a time and were prompt. They finished the work in about an hour and a half. He was working alone and I think it would have been faster had he had an associate to help him. The Big Deal was only for the mounting of the TV. I paid an extra amount to get the wires hidden in the wall. (I don't recall how much I paid total nor the Big Deal price). The pricing seemed reasonable to me. I am very happy with the results. My only regret is that mounting the TV makes it look smaller. That is no problem because the mount can accommodate a bigger TV in the future.
