"A two person team came to clean my dryer vent and give us a quote to clean our air ducts. The main person who spoke to us was a ?SALESMAN? in no uncertain terms. He asked my husband and I a million personal questions in an attempt to find something we had in common. It was a bit disconcerting. While they did a decent job cleaning I would never hire this company again because of the Extreme sales pitching that was done. Honestly I was just so incredibly happy to have them leave my home. "

"They are scammers I had to bring your system. They cut into it and they said that it needed cleaning which it did not because it had just been replaced about three days before they came out. I called them to clean the vents which they ended up and not cleaning because they said it was not needed but cut into the brand new system and sprayed it. I did call my HVAC Person and asked if I needed a cleaning or what was the problem. He said absolutely nothing that system is brand new. I called an inspector the inspector verified it. These people wanted to charge him $2500 and they started cutting into the boxes in the attic and I said absolutely not. I will not pay that so they said $800 And I couldn?t stop them because they had already cut into everything and they said ma?am we know what we?re doing after speaking to the HVAC person and the inspector he confirmed that I have been scammed $888.."

I appreciated his honesty and not charging me for something I didn't need, when he easily could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. "It started off okay. I only found out the extent of what they had done when I returned home several months later. They had offered to do some contracting work as well since I wanted a few alterations to the house. What I didn’t know at the time because I had to vacate the house while they replaced floors, changed appliances, replaced all the wiring in the house, etc., is that they hired illegal immigrants to do the work who I’m not quite sure were even licensed to do it. Sylvia at one point sat down with me and said she specifically she wanted to help this class of people through offering them jobs. I’m not opposed to that provided they are QUALIFIED to do it and don’t do crummy work. Furthermore I ended up hiring one of their cleaners to help me with some things. She herself had DACA but her mother who worked here as well at the time was illegal. I have a sensitive job with the state and specifically cannot hire illegal immigrants. In addition, I was told by this young woman I hired that she and her mother were instructed to throw anything away that “had dirt on it”. Consequently I’m missing thousands and thousands of dollars of merchandise, including jewelry and kitchen appliances that were in boxes, food I had shipped there for them to put away, and home decorations, as well as heirlooms, dishes, and silverware that was in the sink, or the dishwasher, or drawers and cabinets in my kitchen and bathrooms. I dropped by the house to check on things one night. It was 9-9:30 pm. I heard someone rummaging around in the backyard in my things. N & S had put all my furnishings and appliances on the back deck including 100+ year old family antiques. Uncovered. At any rate I rather stupidly opened the door as it could have been someone with a gun, and I find this small Hispanic man who speaks no English whatsoever rummaging through what was put out there, going through items and boxes that had nothing to do with electrical work mind you. He handed me a phone and it was Sylvia one half owner of N&S on the line with him. She said he was the “electrician”. She had to translate as I showed him the work. I don’t mind that, it’s that I don’t think he was even certified as I look around today at the shoddy workmanship of whoever she hired and charged me $30/hr plus, in order to complete things I asked for her to do. I fully regret ever hiring this company. I wish I could undo time. They have literally destroyed my confidence in hiring contractors. I will never do it again unless I know 5hem already or get a referral from a known contractor. They either threw out or stole food, priceless heirlooms, jewelry, appliances (then reinstalled the old broken ones), etc. They threw out a super expensive mattress and tried to replace it with a cheap one. I don’t appreciate what they did, which is enrich themselves at my expense then not deliver. I could go on and tell you story after story of how they utterly failed to do what they said they would do, a good job mainly, and to save me money. I look around on and a half years later and so many things are broken that they installed incorrectly it’s just laughable that they are still in business fooling people out of their money I’m sure."
