"Mike Moniz has such a great attitude and truly wants to give you the result that you want. We were going to replace our carpet and vinyl downstairs with a quick grind and seal to the existing concrete floor underneath. However, it wasn't in great shape, so we had to shift gears and do a concrete overlay that was then stained and sealed. This is his business alone and deeply cares about the result and making the customer happy. Definitely recommend!"

They are going to fix the places that created the leak (the insurance adjuster did not check out everything) Nick's is going to spray my roof after all the leaks are fixed.
