We hired Moniz Concrete Coatings to add a topper to our concrete floors during our remodel. They were easy to work with initially, but we've had a number of issues due to poor workmanship. I believe this is mostly due to poor floor preparation (nail fossil, red stains, debris and dirt in the clearcoat, etc). We've been trying to get the flooring repaired under warranty for months without any luck.

Mike came out and looked at 2 porches I needed redone from a previous job. He removed the flakes and poly and put down a new coat of concrete and stained it with a tobacco color. He darkened it a little and put on a skid coat and new poly. It looks great!!! Just what I wanted. Canâ t wait to get my furniture back on. Call this company to get a great looking porch!!!

We would recommend Mike Moniz to anyone who wanted their garage floor coated. He did an excellent job on our garage floor. He is very conscientious, personable and professional and his pricing is very reasonable. We will definitely hire him again if we need any type of flooring done.

Mike Moniz has such a great attitude and truly wants to give you the result that you want. We were going to replace our carpet and vinyl downstairs with a quick grind and seal to the existing concrete floor underneath. However, it wasn't in great shape, so we had to shift gears and do a concrete overlay that was then stained and sealed. This is his business alone and deeply cares about the result and making the customer happy. Definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough about Michael and the job he did for me. My garage is beautiful and I love it!! He does quality work and an absolute pleasure to work with. He actually showed up early and finished promptly, and cleaned everything up when he was done. I had the neighbors stop by to admire my floor and I know of two people that hired Michael after seeing his work. I highly recommend as this is an extraordinary professional.

Mike Moniz was not daunted when my project became a larger than expected challenge. What was expected to take 3 days turned out to be 9 due to the conditions found under the tile of our patio. To finally reach the original concrete, 5 inches of surprising "junk" had to be removed. Rotted posts holding up the roof had to be replaced. Ultimately, the new covering of the patio turned out fine. He went on to clean and seal the stone pool deck. Impediments in the old stone were corrected and the sealing took place. Not only do I praise Mike's work, even more I must compliment his personality, patience and perseverance.

Mike was very customer orientated. He explained the process step by step. Moved all the furniture out then after the surface dried came back and returned all pieces to their proper places. Helped us decide on best color for the stain. Highly recommend this business.
