"This is a review for Patrick S at A & A Plumbing in San Antonio, Texas. We had two sinks in the same bathroom that were draining slowly. This was not an emergency, so I made an appointment for two business days later. The person on the phone was polite and helpful and did a good job explaining the company policies about the service charge (about $20) that is credited towards any work done and what to expect when the plumbers came. I was given a 4 hour window and they came very near the beginning of the window. They called in advance to confirm and then again to let me know when the plumber was actually on his way and the name to expect. When Patrick got here, he gave a description of what was the likely problem and a quote to fix both sinks at once as we agreed the problem was probably past where the sink drain pipes joined up. He promised to talk over any surprises he found before doing anything extra, but his diagnosis was correct and they had both sinks draining wonderfully in less than an hour. Patrick and his colleague were pleasant and left everything as clean as when they came. They did not push selling me extra services, although they did ask if I had any other issues. I felt the price was fair for the high quality service I got. I will use this company again if we have another plumbing problem."

"It was easy to schedule the appointment. I bought a package for fall maintenance of heating and spring maintenance for A/C. Mark called when he was on his way to my house. He ran the A/C, cleared drain line, checked for loose wires, checked blower motor, checked equipment outside, washed down condenser. I appreciate that he cleaned up after himself and left no mess behind. I have had Air Systems service my heating and AC for over 11 years. All their staff are professional, personable and very knowledgeable."

Very quick and tech Corey Y. was very professional and knowledgeable and told us not to use dryer sheets to prevent the chemical buildu and lint sticking to our pvc pipes. Called back same day after having an appointment for an estimate to see if they would be able to clean the same day instead of making a new appointment. The girl said yes and then gave a $200 quick quote before hanging up and apparently canceling the estimate and the tech told me once they quote you he can't change it. So I was hoping the price was going to be cheaper and told how much prior to asking for credit card since it didn't take long and wasn't complicated...no it was $200 for a service others charge $89.99 but couldn't get out here until next week and we had laundry piling up. So a price I paid to get it done but didn't like the price. Don't accept a price over the phone! Otherwise it was a good experience and would highly recommend them for other services. The customer service rating isn't for the tech but the girl who answered the phone. Tech Customer Service is 5 Stars."
