"Ryan and Abe showed up today to replace the incorrect drain that was installed by another contractor for our new shower. When they opened up the area, they found the other contractor had put wall pipes into the ground, didn't even seal or connect them correctly, and found they had gotten concrete all the way into the p-trap. Because our vent pipe was in the way, they had to dig out a larger area and replace that as well. The original contractor showed up and was not only unprofessional, but was downright beligerant. Ryan stayed very calm and handled the contractor like the professional he is! He and Abe not only repaired and replaced everything, he checked everything for any other problems so we could be assured smooth sailing from now on. Ryan and Abe showed me they take pride in doing a great job and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. The pictures attached are showing the horrible work the other contractor did, and the NEW piping A & A Plumbing did. I would recommend them 1000%. He ran the A/C, cleared drain line, checked for loose wires, checked blower motor, checked equipment outside, washed down condenser.
