"I was very pleased with the plumbing work, with the exception of the owner not returning my phone calls and not keeping me up to speed on the progress of the work. I was not satisfied with the excavating/trenching crew. The dirt they took out of the hole was suppose to be hauled off each day, but they said that were short of trailers so they piled the dirt up in the yard. It took several days before I could get them to haul the dirt off. This same crew was suppose to clean up after all the work was completed. They did a very poor job the first time and I had to get them back to complet the job In addition they left an outside water faucet on for over 24 hours. I gave a "D" in Professionalism because of this crew."
