They cut the trees exactly as I had requested when he provided the quote, and sprayed pruning paint on all the wounds. The crew cleaned up very nicely when the job was complete. They also removed several branches from a neighboring tree. They were professional and competent workers. They worked steadily and did a good and thorough clean up afterwards. I especially appreciated that Bernardo volunteered to come back the next morning to repair my brick tree ring. "Definitely professional. Negotiated grass areas likely to recover from the drought versus areas requiring sod to save $. However, since placed one month ago, looks so much better than original grass so tempted to complete entire yard with new sod. Will wait as recommended? Used zoysia-was tired of St. Augustine and the stolon-type growth. Very full and rich green. Finer blade than Augustine, and a bit temperamental about it is water but quickly recovers. Prefer the zoysia. The company worked thru rainstorms by tarp to cover as needed. Would hire again."
