Tom and his crew have been coming out to trim our trees for several years now. Tom and his crew are always professional. What they do is truly an art form. They know exactly what to trim and when to trim it. The first year they came out I thought “Oh no!! This tree looked so scraggly before they came out to trim and now it looks like there is hardly anything left. Did we hire the right people?” By the spring our tree looked amazing. It was because Tom and his crew knew what they are doing that the tree grew back even better. Thanks Tom for being an amazing arborist!

They communicated threw text about arrival time and arrived within the window of time give. They trimmed my trees into a beautiful shape and cleaned up afterwards. We have had other tree trimming services that have left us scratching our heads as to what the did to our trees. Arbortex trimmed the trees, leaving us admiring the beauty and grace of our trees. Tom was able to quickly provide an estimate. He discussed options and provided expert opinions on the various trees on my property. After discussing the work to be done, his team was out here within the week. The work was done over the course of two days, and he oversaw the entire project.

It was a 2 day job due to weather. Workers performed their job with safety and precaution. I met Tom Watson the owner when he and crew chopped down my neighbors tree. It was then I decided to engage his service. I would recommend his services to anyone.

The service was great. Tom and his crew were on time and were very professional and polite. They removed a very large tree between two houses and were very careful not to cause any damage whatsoever. All tree remnants were removed and the area was left clean. I would recommend them, and plan to hire them again in the future.

A little slow to start but when game plan was in place they worked till job was completed with no lunch break and cleaned up as well as Iwould have done as land owner. My tree is 14' around at the base and probably well over 200 years old and they treated it with the respect that it deserves and these guys made me belive that they care about the tree and not just a tree timer.

Tom’s team did long overdue trimming of several large oaks with overhang from a wild area into my backyard. I wanted significantly more sun but I also wanted to preserve privacy (competing goals). Tom readily understood what I wanted even without my identifying all of the specific cuts. He quoted me a very reasonable price, his team squeezed me in the very next day, and the work was completed in half day (with Tom both supervising and participating). When finished it was impossible to tell any trimming had occurred at all .... yet the aesthetic improvement was immediately noticeable and quite remarkable. Exceeded my expectations. Tom knows his stuff. (A month later and I am still struck by the impressive new view.)

Tom, the owner of Arbortex provided the only reasonable estimate out of 3 companies. He also provided the most detail regarding how the tree would be brought down w/o damaging nearby structures, the only one who guaranteed to have it removed before the next storm event, and is insured, bonded, and licensed. We were a bit surprised to see him onsite overseeing the work and cleanup and pitching in with his two employees. The tree was expertly brought down and debris removed leaving nary a twig. In the future he will be our go-to.
