Our crews consist of employees who have worked with our organization for several years and also have a vast amount of knowledge from experience and continuing education. They came in to clean up a sycamore that was dropping dead limbs every storm. They removed at least 4 big branches that were dead and brittle from a 60ft tree. They also brought a wood chipper and climbing equipment to make the work expedient. They even cleaned up and raked everything like they were not even there.

Nothing like them showing up and trying to tell you all that you shouldn't do to solve the problem. $800+ for a few branches. What is the cost per branch? In the end, problem with sunlight to the gardens and branches over roof still exist, and they even left dead branches in the tree(s) after they were pointed out to them.

I have used Teague’s for years! they are very reasonable and they know how to trim and maintain trees. I have several large old oak trees and they have trimmed and maintained them beautifully! I don’t worry with storms because they know how to trim them properly. they have done great directional trimming for these trees. they trim every other year. they are friendly, know their business and don’t sell things that won’t grow. They are knowledgable, professional and clean up all the mess before they leave. Definitely recommend them and I now use them at my new home!

This is a very professional company. After the estimate, Tracy said it could be a month before they could get out but would ask the office to call us if there was a cancellation since there was potential for a large limb to fall near the house. In fact, they were able to schedule early. We’ve used Teague’s before and knew to expect good service. Again, it was a professional job. They needed to schedule a second day for stump grinding and removal of a huge number of large above ground roots. This second day was the most impressive work: it was all done by one man, Mike, who worked for several hours alone in 103-degree (+) heat. Both, the original crew as well as Mike, did an exceptional job of cleaning up and hauling away the trunk, limbs, and grinding debris. Mike was actually tasked with smoothing out the areas where huge roots had been and attempting to make the front yard look good. We appreciated his diligence very much. We would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Tracy came to my house to give me an estimate and asked when I would like to have the work done. One tree is a very large old live oak, and I wanted it pruned before the end of January to be sure to not expose it to oak wilt. Tracy said they were booked for several months, but he would check on a possibility to get to my tree. The office called me later that day and said they could work me in the early the next day! The men arrived at 8:30 and did all five trees beautifully and exactly like I wanted including painting all the cuts. They also cleaned up my yard and left it in perfect condition.

My patio was poured around an oak tree that was now over 15 yrs old, very large and 3.5 ft from the patio door. Though I have used Teague's Tree Service several times over the years, I still got 2 other bids. Teague's was the best bid. The team arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, but wasted no time chatting. Everything was cleaned up wonderfully and the job was completed in an appropriate time. We called the office and spoke to Judy. She scheduled a technician to come out and give us an estimate. A Technician came out and gave us a written estimate to remove a small tree. Estimate was reasonable, so when Judy followed up with us, we scheduled the service. Technicians came out, removed the tree and hauled away the debris. Judy was pleasant and the technicians were courteous, on time for all appointments and they removed all debris. An excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended. Perfect. 3 men. Plenty manpower. 1 in tree. 1 in backyard where tree was at. 1 in front yard to load trailer w limbs to haul off. No damage to fences or either roof. Cut all that was agreed upon. Hauled ALL brush off. Could not tell they'd been there. Completed in a short afternoon. I'll never call anyone else. The owner came out to bid project. Accepted my Teague 20% off coupon. Other bids: $350 incl haul off but not Angie's List, $400 haul off, $850 leave limbs in my backyard.

Mrs. Teague came to look at the tree and notify me that the crew was in the area and they would come by and take care of it before going on to other jobs. I had 2 large limbs overhanging my house. They came out, on time, and took care of the issue in under two hours. They were very professional and courteous. Two of the trees were very large and in a tight place between the decking and the swimming pool. Tracy and his crew took down the two trees without a problem. The other two trees were very large and not in good shape. They also took those two trees down with no problem. They also provided the service of grinding the stumps to the ground so the grass could grow over the area. The office contacted me the day before work to ensure all was still a "go". Tracy had to get a city crew to remove some limbs from around a power wire and he arranged that with very little hassle. Tracy picked up the city permit from Helotes. Tracy was always quick to return a call or answer a question. A good company to work with.

They were prompt to arrive to provide the bid and did a thorough walk of my property. Were able to provide good advice about what needed to be done. On the scheduled work day, the crew arrived and reviewed the work and got it done in about 5 hours. They cleaned everything up very well and cut the larger limbs into firewood for me.
