Small jobs welcome

"I called for a price and appointment and was told the price would be figured after they saw what I wanted hauled. The appointment was set for the date and time I requested. On the day of the appointment I was called by the drivers and told when they would be here. It was within the 11:00 to1:00 time slot I had been given, and they arrived at the exact time they said they would. Christopher and Sebastian were very nice and quickly had the items in their truck. They even moved two metal yard art pieces for me. The price I was given seemed very fair to me, and they also accepted the Angie's List discount coupon for $25."

"I had an excellent experience with this junk removal company! The team was professional, punctual, and worked quickly to remove all the unwanted items from my property. They were courteous, careful not to damage anything, and left the area clean when they were finished. The pricing was fair with no hidden fees, and the entire process was stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient junk removal services. I will definitely use them again in the future!"

Hauling questions, answered by experts

In short, yes, contractors should clean up any debris, materials, and tools left from their projects. However, whether their services include a deep clean often depends on the contract. Most homeowners will hire an additional cleaner after construction for a thorough pass through the house to ensure the space is safe and as clean from construction dust as possible.

Bamboo removal tends to be more expensive than the cost of tree removal because bamboo roots are extremely aggressive and resilient. Digging up roots thoroughly is a difficult, time-consuming process. Landscaping pros and removal experts also utilize specialized techniques to try to stop root regrowth.

It’s called a 20-yard dumpster because the volume of space in the dumpster can hold 20 cubic yards of material. A cubic yard is 3-feet long, 3-feet wide, 3-feet tall cube, as 3 feet is equal to 1 yard. This volume can hold about 110 to 130 33-gallon trash bags.

Demolition is a project that involves heavy machinery, skilled labor, and hazardous waste removal. It can also take multiple weeks to complete. Plus, it’s a dangerous job. The machinery itself costs a lot of money, as does the time of the people who are operating that machinery (and the training they receive to do so safely). Certain hazardous materials, like asbestos, can cost up to $25 per foot for removal.

Once you complete the moving process, you’ll have to transition into paying for your new living expenses, including monthly rent or mortgage payments. You should also consider the cost of property taxes, utilities, and new furnishings for your home.
