"Cowboy Asphalt Paving Express job estimator and job boss was very understanding about our situation of having another Asphalt Contractor that charged us for not new asphalt but recycle asphalt that wasn't new hot asphalt, leaving us with a very bad loose layer of asphalt. Cowboy did our job with new hot asphalt for 1/2 the cost we paid for the flyby night Company. We so stupid letting ourselves be taken by the fast talking rip off contractor. We payed cash for that job getting an old unreadable, no company name and a phone number that the person that answered wasn't sure of the job I was talking about. I know that money doesn't grow on trees and we just cried because of our stupidity. Thanks to Cowboys we now have the asphalt driveway, 6 car ports, one large storage area with a turnaround for our driveway with a walkway to our front steps.
