"It went unbelievably well. The garage door spring broke at 4:30 p.m. Friday. Luckily my car was still in the driveway because we were expecting guests over the weekend. I called about the door and a repairman (Branden) showed up a little after 6 p.m. He replaced the spring and I gave him a check for $534 and sent him on his way. I went back into my house to watch TV only to learn that a hail storm was predicted for that evening. Without the prompt service on Friday evening my Lexus in my driveway could have been victimized by the hail.
