"I wanted to write a review for “Sprinkler Management Dream Yards” because they did an outstanding job on the installation of our new sprinkler system. From the first day I called for an appointment, everyone was so professional. Mark came to look over the project almost immediately and Crystal in the office kept me informed as to when they were coming to do the proposal and when to expect them for actually beginning the job and when it was to be completed. The foreman was equally impressive in making sure all the tubing and parts was put in perfectly and that the lawn did not suffer from unnecessary digging. He made sure that the driveway, walkways, and porch were clean when the job was done. He made sure that I fully understood how to use the remote watering system from my phone app. I told him he was a perfectionist and he said that he is a perfectionist, so he can demand the same from his team. After the job was completed, Mark called again to make sure the sprinkler system was installed to my liking and to ask if I had any questions. I wish all my service contacts were half as great as this team. The price & their service was truly amazing."

He is a good listener and understood what we wanted -- and that's what he and his crew did. The job was done in a single day. "Kevin (owner)has performed landscaping design and installation for our family at two homes over the past five years and he does an amazing job. His prices don't change after the bid and he does a great job designing a landscaping that fits the house and lot. This is not "builder-grade" landscaping, but beautifully thought out designs. His masonry team also rocks; having build large tiered rock beds that complemented the rock on our house.  Kevin's team is punctual, has a great attitude, and is always available to answer questions or explain activities.  Throughout the process, Kevin is constantly evaluating progress and design decisions; not to upsell but to ensure the final landscaping is the best fit for the house and budget.  In addition to our yard in our current and last house, we've had a few friends also use Botanical Designs and have been very happy with the results.  I would gladly recommend Kevin's team, and we are already planning the back-yard of our current home with him.

"We had trouble getting together because of the intermittent rain. Hector and I stayed in touch and I was sure as weather permitted he would do the job. I had 3 bids and his was the most reasonable by far. He also said he needed to grade my yard which was included. The other bidders never mentioned grading and they were 2-3 times more expensive. He and his guys did the complete 21' X 19' slab in one day and I am 100% pleased. I would recommend him to anybody that needs quality concrete work done!"
