On July 11, Israel came by to see the job and give a quote. I accepted the bid and he was supposed to start in a few weeks -- the week of July 28th due to how busy he was. I was in no hurry so this worked out just fine. However, after waiting almost 3 weeks for him to do the work, he has gone completely dark. Doesn't respond to multiple messages both direct and via Angi.com. He's a No-Show after multiple days and attempts to contact. Communication is key for any business and Israel apparently can't be bothered to communicate with his customers -- even if it was something as simple as saying it would be a few more days. Steer clear or you may find yourself in a similar situation of wasting multiple weeks for someone who won't show up when they said they would.

Israel Cruz from Aztec Flooring re-stretched a master bedroom carpet for us. We were very pleased with his work, his professionalism, and his knowledge of what and how it should be done so we wouldn’t have any further problems. My husband had a carpet business for many years before he retired and it is rare for him to give a favorable comment on an installer. We both agree he did a fantastic job and we highly recommend him for any flooring repair needs.

Very friendly and very professional!! We had a scare in a rental with our cat destroying the carpet but Aztec Flooring came through and fixed the damage. Looks like nothing ever happened. Israel knew what he was doing and even gave us some tips to prevent the issue on the future. Overall weâ re very satisfied. I took much pride in writing this review as it was well earned. Israel was also very patient with us as we were not home when he arrived. Very happy to go with Aztec Flooring Co!

First, quick response! Arrived on time with a smile & I was instantly at ease. Israel was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions & even explained things I wouldn't have known TO ask. He took the time to insure I understood what to expect & LISTENED to my concerns. Very kind & personable..and the results?? Above & beyond what I could imagine! No more squeaky floors or wrinkles in the carpet...looks new...and cleaned up everything. This young mans work ethic & workmanship will certainly change anything negative you've previously experienced before for these services. Refreshing!
