"I was just trying to upgrade my thermostat and only needed help connecting one wire. Problem was fixed in under 5 minutes. Was told it would be around $90 and I didn't have a problem with that. What I was not told about, was the $75 diagnostic fee, just for coming out.... I felt cheated. I am tired of hidden fees...."
