RGV Insulation

Never received a confirmation call and when I called them they had no record of my appointment done via Angie list. I asked once again to have a sales rep call to set up an appointment and they took my information. Once again never received a call. Waited a week before calling someone else who got the job done..

They provided quote same day I called and were out the next day to do the job. Arrived on time, did a great job and didn't leave a mess. The owner/proprietor was very courteous and knowledgeable as were his men. I plan on using them to repair the flat roof over my patio.

It went fairly well. The only thing is that one of their installers, he stepped on one of my returns for the air conditioner while he was in the attic. They came back and they fixed it. I wasn't told until I went up there and actually looked at what had happened. What I like was that it was really fast. From the time that I called and I was ready to have it done, the next day, they were there. They were there a little bit more than half a day and they were done. The pricing was good.

Sergio was prompt for the initial appointment. He inspected the areas and offered an estimate. He was prepared to start the work the following day and was willing to work after 5 to accommodate my schedule. I agreed to the work and the following day Sergio and his crew started the work on time. Upon final inspection of work, I was pleasantly surprised that he took it upon himself to spray a third adjacent wall for no additional charge.

The whole thing was short and painless. He came the day agreed, did his job and left without any pressure from us. He took pride in his work and did it to the best of his ability and our pockets. He was not cheap, but he offered quality above all else.

I needed additional insulation in my attic. I called him and he immediately came. He provided an estimate. He was always prompt and courteous. He performed the job for the quoted price although he encountered some time consuming problems. His name is Sergio Rodriguez. He speaks perfect English and I highly recommend him. He constantly worked with his helpers.
