We organize estate sales. What does this mean? 1) We research, evaluate and price your home contents. 2) We stage the home in preparation for the sale. 3) We publicize and advertise the sale through online and print channels, and through expansive mailing lists. 4) We staff and host the sale. 5) We handle the sales tax and official paperwork, and other such headaches. 6) Three days after the sale, we send you your money.
Services we don't offer
We don't buy entire estates; we sell them for a commission. We will consider smaller, partial estates but if they are too small for us to take we will give you a few suggestions as to your other options.
