Purchased a monitor cable -- paid 28 dollars for it -- found the same thing on Amazon -- 3.99 including shipping.  Took cable back -- problems began!
First, came into store, no indication where to return anything and the security agent at the door looked at my return and didn't say anything.
Went to the check-out counter, had to wait about 15 minutes (several people in line and only one checker). When got to counter, he told me I had to go the Geek Squad desk to do a return
Looked all over and no sign any place directing a person to the Geek Squad Desk for returns. Waited 20 minutes in line for Geek Squad person to help, all busy (but obviously in no hurry) working on equipment issues.
Finally looked up store on phone and called, asking for manager. Finally the asst manager came on, I explained  my issued, she apologized and said she would come take care of my return.
Few minutes later, a manager came by the line, asked for the person who called. I said it was me, she had me explain again what my problem was, she said, It's just the way corporate had things set up and they had to do returns through Geek Squad desk. She said she would go check on things.
She went in to the Geek Squad area, talked to a few people, worked on someone's problem at a register, then after about 5+ minutes, came out and asked me to come around to a certain place at the desk (there were people in front of me, but I was the first one in line with a return).
Waited a few minutes, but person at counter was busy, with another person, finally the manager called me to another register and in 3 minutes or less, transaction completed and I was done.
Total waiting time -- 45 minutes!  Total transaction time less than 3 minutes.
Come on Best Buy North McAllen -- lets get with the customer service!!! :)

They did a great job.
