We met Scot as part of an executive relocation plan. It was obvious from the first meeting that Scot was a seasoned professional with a broad range of experience as well as the ability to develop unique strategies depending on the property. While we expected Scot to be “good” we really had no idea how completely amazing he would turn out to be. Scot’s detailed and in-depth knowledge of the process, as well as his ability to recognize the proper leverage and opportunities, is truly what sets him apart. I was referred to Scot by a friend. After contacting Scot, we met at my home to discuss terms of the listing. After signing up, Scot sent over a photographer to take photos of the home. Scot listed my home on Aug. 31, 2012 and held an open house. I had a low ball offer in 8 days that did not go to contract.

Foot traffic continued through the home for 60 days but no other offers. Scot and I agreed to lower the purchase price and 3 weeks later an offer came in that went to contract. The home closed on Dec. 21, 2012. Scot attended the closing on my behalf since I was not living in the area.

Overall, Scot did a great job. He was always available for questions and gave his honest opinion even if it might not be what we wanted to hear. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.
