Repairs were excellent.
He came out to our house and said our stove needed a new controller. He called Frigidaire and he told me that the part would be about $200 and he billed me $280 for the part plus a $30 instillation charge plus a $45 dollar service call when he came out to give me an estimate and when come out to install it.

Neither of our two phone calls were returned. Representative we spoke with the first time said we'd be called back, we were not. The second representative we spoke with could not locate our original work order request. Did not receive a call back regarding that conversation either. We went with an other large appliance repair service that gave excellent service.

He showed up within two hours. He thoroughly examined the dryer even though he found out right away that the trouble was in the propane supply. He switched the propane tanks and the dryer worked! I appreciate the inspection and I am confident that there is nothing more wrong with the dryer.

A year earlier he had charged over $500 (what now appears misdiagnosis/misrepair on this same 'fridge. Now, frustrated I told him I was going to order a new one. (5 day wait for it). Before it was delivered, Perez called offering to pay me for him haul away the old one. I got suspicious and reconnected it and now a year later it works fine. Perez used to have a good reputation but I think, and my neighbors do,that he is preparing to retire. We are happy to let him do that.
