I was just trying to upgrade my thermostat and only needed help connecting one wire. Problem was fixed in under 5 minutes. Was told it would be around $90 and I didn't have a problem with that. What I was not told about, was the $75 diagnostic fee, just for coming out.... I felt cheated. I am tired of hidden fees....

Very professional service. Able to provide top quality units that we were looking for right away. Installation service very professional, including installation, clean up and follow-up. Responded to a related problem right away and resolved the issue quickly. Price was good for the quality units installed.
