The owner of the company came to do the repair estimate on my chimney. Within fifteen minutes after completing his inspection, he went over his findings and gave me two estimates which were quite reasonable. He stated that the repair would take two days, and he could begin the following Friday. On Friday, they started the repair at 8:00 am and completed the entire repair before 4:00 pm. Carlos and his workers conducted themselves in a very professional, efficient manner throughout the day. I am totally satisfied with the work done by C and R Roofing and Construction.

Carlos is fantastic!!! He knows how to find the problem and fix it! I had a small leak in my roof that could have cost hundreds of dollars to repair. Carlos found the leak, told me how to repair it, and never charged me! This is a wonderful company and I would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair.

The need to repair the roof and surrounding area was much worst than expected due to poor work of a previous repairs done years ago. The roofer kept.me infirmed and had the knowledge and materials to do the job in one day with no added expense. He even did some psint work and left me the remaining paint. He and his helper were polite and caring and did everything in a professional manner. I highly recommend this company

Carlos, the owner, definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to tile roofs. He fixed and repaired my tile roof with everything he was committed to fix and more. He came back for another walk through to ensure that it was to my satisfaction. He shared before and after pictures which made me feel good about the work he performed. I will definitely keep him in my contact list to use for other rental homes that I own.

Unlike three previous roofing companies C and R Roofing actually has repaired the leak. They approached the problem in a thoughtful manner. They went beyond the repair. The next rainstorm proved the leaks to be fixed, finally. I recommend them to anyone who has a problem.

This is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with! They contacted me right away, set up a time to come look at what needed to be done, then started right away. They found some additional damage as they were working but kept me up to date with photos of everything. I would recommend them very highly to anyone needing roof work.

Carlos was prompt in responding to our request, arriving the day after we made our inquiry and providing us with a thorough (and reasonable) bid. He was very personable and fair and, once we accepted his bid, he and his crew arrived 3 days later as promised and got the work done in a couple of days. We were a bit concerned with finding a good roofer, since we live in a historic Spanish revival style home with an original tile roof, but Carlos and his team did excellent work. I will use them for future roofing needs without hesitation.

Their response time is perfect. Carlos showed up the next day from calling and surveyed the roof and provided a estimate on the spot that was reasonable and fair. When they started the job the roofers found lots of extra cost problems but he ever changed his estimate. All the workers were professional and friendly and the job went smoothly. Because of the unknowns it took a second day for the repairs to be completed but the areas were cleaned up like no-one was there. I highly recommend C&R as a top notch roof specialist. You can tell lots about a contractor by what they show up in and the way they work with a customer. You won't find a better match then this company.

They were wonderful men, really energetic and very pleasant. He did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves and it's scheduled for 3 days but they finished in just 2 days because its gonna rain here, and they work overtime. They were very quick and personable.

Carlos and his crew did a great job. They replaced all of my broken and cracked tiles, cleaned my valleys and checked the whole roof, flashing and exhaust pipes. They even went above and beyond fixing a questionable job around one of my sola lights.

One shingle had blown off my roof. Checked with Angie's List for contractor. Within less than 2 hours after contact with C&R Roofing the repair was done! Also, very courteous. Gave his card to my neighbor for when repairs are needed for that house. Would definitely hire again and recommend to others.
