"This customer did do work with us, and all work on our contract was completed to their satisfaction. The house was in need of many repairs, and the customer, due to cost constraints, chose to concentrate on the larger repairs only. The local authority she is speaking of is a realtor who is trying to sell the home now. Our customers do not pay a dime up front and only pay when they are satisfied with all of our work and the way we clean up. She was very happy to pay us. She originally left us a 5-star review and was very happy with all of our work. After all the contract work was completed, she then contacted one of our employees directly and negotiated a price for additional work without Texas Exteriors knowledge or a contract. She contacted us after a couple of weeks asking for the employee due to the unsatisfactory work he had performed; this was our first knowledge of the additional work. After learning this, Texas Exteriors has terminated this employee and stated to her that we are not responsible for that work. She has made several attempts to discredit our company, even removing her original 5 star review, but I am confident that if you see all of our excellent reviews, you will see we provide exceptional customer service."
