If you are in need of a honest, professional roof contractor, you need to hire Guaranteed Roofing Repairs!
I’m a single female, so anytime I have any type of home project, I expect the contractor to try to rip me off, overcharge me or recommend extra, unnecessary work.
I had a tile roof shingle that looked a bit crocked or broken. I asked Guaranteed Roofing Repairs to come give me an estimate.
They showed up the same day, and Mike and Chris were very kind and professional. After inspecting my roof shingles they told me I did not need to do any repairs as it had already been sealed.
They did recommend that I patch up a few cracked tiles, but that it did not need to be done ASAP and that they would give me an estimate for that work.
I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I will definitely hire them for any future roof projects!

First impression went really well. Mike was very knowledgeable. I had no qualms regarding their work and effort. However, after the installation, the flat roof began to leak. They came out several times in an attempt to seal it, which initially appeared to work. After a few rains, the leaks came back. I was assured that we were under warranty, so I felt good that eventually it would be fixed. However, at some point, they gave up and have since ghosted me. They placed the blame for the leaks on my solar panels. I had another roofing company come out and do a free inspection and they ruled that out. Tried to reach out a few times, but no response. Quite frustrating because I could see the effort and work they were doing. But the leaks keep happening.

"Hi Alberto, first off we did not ghost you if we came out a dozen times. We tried everything and leak is definitely coming from your solar panels. And yes, the only culprit would be your solar panels. You will find that out after the new roofing company cannot solve your issue either. The only way to fix that is to detach and reset the solar panels which we brought to your attention that can only be done by a solar company."
