"We decided to replace our entire downstairs area of Engineered Wood that had been down a while. I looked at a lot of flooring companies and just wasn't seeing what I wanted. Then I passed Carpet Connection on FM1960, stopped in, and met Darryl Wisenbaker. Darryl took a lot of time showing me everything and I decided on Luxury Vinyl Plank-Karndean-Santina Cherry. He sent me home with 4 good size samples to choose from. We picked out the color and Darryl scheduled the installers. They were very hard working, very knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. We were so pleased, we decided to replace our carped in the Master bedroom, and again, completely thrilled with Carpet Connection. I would highly recommend Carpet Connection on FM1960. The only issue is that they did not remove the old drain before refinishing tub?. They provided instructions on how to remove it very carefully with a very sharp small exacto knife. Hopefully we don’t chip the finish and need to get it repaired. Keeping our fingers crossed. They provided care of the tub after it cures for 3 days. Definitely would use them again and recommend them for refinishing a tub. Price was exceptional under 300 with tax."
