"I rarely give comments let alone bad rating. This work was absolutely horrendous and very unprofessional. This project was promised to be done in an hour instead it took 5 hours. He forgot things, went to home depot twice to get NIMA Adapter which is the whole project. The work done was patchy and very bad for the amount i paid. finish the project is clumsy and did not put the protection cover. Now i will have to fix. He out the nima adapter upside down and promised to comeback. Which he didn’t. . I will not recommend his work. If there was a zero rating this work deserves worst rating for work."

"They did a good job of cleaning the ducting but when the removed the air filter they didn’t turn off the recirc fan and the excess dust and dirt went and got stuck in the A coil. I had to remove the sides of the unit in the attic to be able to remove the big clumps of dust/dirt so they didn’t stop up my coils. Other than that they did a great job. Air duct cleaning/ sterilization of the system. It has a couple of vents with mold spores starting. The technician found them and put them to the side for me to look at and recommend that they were replaced so I did."

There was an older breaker box inside my husband's closet also, the wiring inside was a jumbled mess and had several burned areas. We were extremely lucky our house hadn't already burned down. Johnnie and Kyle worked way late into the night having to basically rewire everything. They took extra care in making sure our house was safe for us. We also had concerns over the cost, this was not the best time financially for us, but we were pleasantly surprised with what they charged us. Both men were extremely polite, friendly and considerate of our needs. We will be calling Jade Electrical for all of our electrical needs from now on and referring them to everyone we know."

Surprise, surprise... yet another negative review. Let's start with Eddy O., the so-called "General Manager." Our Experience Eddy made it clear that Xtreme Air Services "wouldn't be able to help us" if we posted negative reviews about their incompetence, despite the fact that they improperly installed our unit, left us with a potential fire hazard, and disabled one of our heat coils (without our consent). Screenshot attached. After leaving us with a heater that doesn't function properly in winter, their solution? Pay thousands more if we want them to "help." Comical. So, in order to get the service we already paid for, we have to stay quiet? Oops. A Few Key Points: 1. Threatening not to help the customer with an issue you created? That's just ignorant. Zero integrity. 2. Why would we pay more to an unprofessional company that sends unqualified, non-bonded, non-insured workers to botch an installation? Rude, unaccountable, and incompetent from top to bottom. 3. This experience makes spending our money elsewhere EASY. The CEO is an imbecile. We paid over $12K for a unit that now operates on half power because the breaker they installed can't handle it. A professional company would've caught this--Xtreme Air Services didn't. Even their own seventh technician admitted, within seconds, that it was installed incorrectly. Still not convinced? Let's Talk Fire Hazards Both the Xtreme Air Services technician AND a third-party electrician confirmed our system was a fire hazard. Eddy (who is not a licensed electrician) claimed it wasn't because "that's why the breaker trips." That's not how fire hazards work, Eddy. This system was installed in the summer. Clearly, not one of the seven techs they sent even tested the heating function beyond a few moments. Fast forward to winter--our heater trips the breaker after 5-10 minutes, sometimes running inconsistently (aka, a fire hazard). Xtreme Air's Response? * No accountability. * No apology. * Just more incompetence from "General Manager" Eddy, a pompous clown who lacks both professionalism and basic customer service skills. Instead of addressing their negligence, he condescended, interrupted, and dismissed legitimate concerns. He even had the audacity to tell me we "don't have that many cold days in Texas." What does that have to do with selling and installing a properly functioning heating system? The real kicker? Their own sales team KNEW this system wouldn't work. They either failed to test it or outright lied. Either way, we now have a fire hazard and an unusable heater unless we fork over an additional $2,500-$3,000. Xtreme Air Services is an unprofessional, dishonest company that cuts corners and are a JOKE professionally."

"We bought 3 AC/Heating units for our four-thousand square foot home in November of 2022. The owner—David—provided us with (1) the best personal feeling of expertise among five companies that I contacted and had come out and look, and (2) he provide us with a great rate on all three units—it was not the cheapest bid, but also not the most expensive—it was right in the middle of five separate bids we were provided. I do my homework, I ask numerous in-depth questions, and had David walk through our home more than twice. He answered every question, provided an expert analysis. I highly recommend Efficient Home Solutions (EMS). We have now been in our home with the three new units for 17 months and we have had “no” issues with any unit. We have perfect AC/Heat in all three zones of our home. We have bi-annual visits from EHS to check the systems and change the filters. In addition, they look nice on the outside of the home, and you can tell they were installed by a professional. David and his team are a joy to work with, and “Efficient” is a great name for their company."

"Brian checked the kitchen fixture by first putting new bulbs in and they did not work; he then checked the ballasts & they were bad. He had two correct ones in his truck, installed them, put the new bulbs back in and the fixture worked! On to the Utility room..just needed new bulbs. At my request I was given prices for LED Down lights to eventually replace the fluorescent fixtures and we discussed the number I would need as well as the price. We also discussed changing out my existing old 100 watt down light fixtures for the LED down light fixtures. Brian recommended I add a Surge protector to my existing old breaker box and gave me a price for that also. Dylan assisted Brian with the tools and equipment and both were very professional."
