Went great! Roger was timely, polite, efficient and a great value.

Everyone who called . Was too far away. Too small of job. I will not pay trip charge . One that called would not give me price of service charge.

Roger was very friendly, efficient, and on top of it his quote was very competitive. He had to make a return trip to solve a couple issues that came up with the quirkiness of our previous light installation, but he solved it easily. I would definitely hire again!!!

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. For the RV outlet, a trench had to be dug and a post installed as well adding a new breaker to the main panel.

The only issue was that he had inadvertently purchased a 20 amp plug and had to make a second trip to Home Depot to get a 30 amp one.

Excellent service. He was prompt and very quick to the point. One of our 4 can lights was out in the kitchen. He pulled it down, tested it and discovered a bracket was bent and no longer connecting properly. He fixed it and put it all back and was done in under 10 minutes. Only charged $75 for the trip and repair.

Mr. Davis was prompt for each appointment and very courteous throughout each appointment. During the first appointment, he listened very well to what was desired for the house, asked questions to make sure communication, as well as the job itself, was clear, and then gave his estimate based on what could be done. During the second appointment, he did an excellent job on both tasks, and was very quick. He was such a nice person in addition to being highly professional, and we were very comfortable with him. Mr. Davis is also very accommodating toward those with hearing loss. His prices are very fair, and we were thrilled with the outcome. He is diligent about sending an invoice through email (some professionals do not always provide invoices by email as promised, nor provide a hardcopy of one) which is important. Roger from Freedom Electric performed services for us on two separate visits. On the first visit he replace 4 light fixtures, added an additional electrical outlet, moved an outlet and a switch and replaced two ceiling fans. We were having an issue where turning our light on in the bathroom would trip our breaker. Roger was able to identify the problem as a shorting fixture which we replaced. On his second visit he replaced the ceiling fan in our living room which has a 20 foot ceiling as well as replacing two additional fixtures. Roger works quickly and professionally. He is open to questions and provides input and suggestions. Rogers prices were very competitive, much better than other estimates we were provided. He will be our first choice for any other electrical needs. One note about Roger, he's not one of those people who calls you the day before to tell you when he's going to arrive, so don't expect that. You can however, call him as we did, and he does arrive when he says he will.
