Mr Ludwig showed up promptly on time. He could have done the replacements and been in and out quickly. He showed us the stripping was not the problem, the doors had settled out of alignment. He removed each and re-hung adjusting hinges on 1. All the gaps were gone and the doors looked square. We liked that he explained everything he did and why. Very thorough. Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional. Answered all our questions with patience and courtesy. Being older folks, we were very impressed with the entire experience. "We've had Wally out twice and he did a great job! He finished up a bathroom remodel - patched drywall, fixed door trim, painted and hung big mirrors.  He also sealed the grout in our shower that our tile guy (from another business) had made a complete mess of.  The second visit, he fixed some crown molding trim on our cabinets and re-build and re-hung the door to our shed.  We definitely plan on having him back to complete more work.  Wally is great!!  He was on-time and able to complete a whole bunch of different tasks to really improve how our house looks and works.  So much better than having individual contractors who can only do one kind of work.  Worth every penny!!
