The construction quality was so good on my bungalo that was built a year and a half ago, I decided to have the patio enclosed as well which was recently completed. I have braging rights in my neighborhood now. Very soon they will be replacing all th exterior of my home with "Hardywood" and painting. "Terry was fantastic! He priced my project between $20-25k less than competitors and did more than what would have been done with the others. He kept me updated. There were a couple of setbacks but in a project for a split garage with a room, that's bound to happen. He went over everything with me. I could text him whenever and he would get back to me ASAP. We love our garage and room! It was beautiful when it was all done and works perfectly! In the room, we put in 2 windows and a split AC unit. The garage only had the garage door so he went above and beyond and got us a battery in case of a power outage. I highly recommend T5T Contracting, LLC."
