DoneRite Carpet Cleaning & Janitorial Services LLC

Carpet cleaning was below average; paid for complete services and carpet basic cleaning with no signs of treatment, such as carpet deodorizers; believe me I have had many professional carpet cleaning services, and this service was not professional! As far as janitor services, it was very substandard and I had to actually clean basic areas like, baseboards, floors and walls which they claim they couldn't reach! My thought, if a cleaning company claim to be a business, they should be equipped to perform the services!! (I had to go to Home Depot to buy a extending stick to clean the dusted area (too easy for company to been prepared for) BTW I did mentioned my dissatisfaction to the owner, and he just said "OK". Little did he know that response was a deal breaker for me using his services again!! I realize 2020 pandemic caused hardships on businesses and the bottom line, however, customers shouldn't lose quality services as a result! FYI :PCS soldiers don't use this company as move-out cleaning if u want to get deposit back. JS!

Contracted for both carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning at my residence. Gordon arrived 40 minutes late, but did call ahead. He was courteous and professional. The carpet cleaning was done satisfactorily. The tile and grout cleaning did not produce results I expected, not even close. Gordon said the grout color would even out after 48 hour dry time, but that did not happen. It was not "restore tile and grout to like-new condition" as contracted and stated on the work order / invoice. The reason that I would not recommend DoneRite is that the tile floors were not cleaned well and water remained on the floor. Grout stains were not removed. The price for this below average quality work was exorbitant. the tech worked for 2 hours and the invoice was for $760. I understand that this is square footage based, but the area was wide open residential, and again required only two hours of work. $380 per hour. He the square feet and I had no way of telling otherwise. When he added $15 for a second 2 ft x 3 ft walk-in closet carpet this was offensive to me. My wife returned home and said "I thought you were going to have the tile cleaned?"

The appointment went well. The technician gave great stain removal advice and tried to remove the majority of the wax in the carpet for free.

The service went well. The company was able to get me scheduled really quickly. My floors look nice and the overall service was very professional and streamlined.

They went above and beyond on what they needed to do. I am particular, and so when they did my grout the first time, it didn't get all of it. So, the build up didn't get everything. They were willing to come back. They tried three times for me to like their work. Mr. Hornan, was very professional. Went above and beyond on what he needed to do to make sure that I was satisfied with the work.

DoneRite came to clean the tile/grout in my house. I needed to reschedule (twice) and they were completely accommodating. Gordon called to let me know he was on the way and when he arrived I was impressed by how professional he looked and how polite he was. My tile looks amazing! I plan on contacting DoneRite soon for carpet cleaning. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for professional tile cleaning. They do a fantastic job and the price is very good.

All areas seem to be fresh with no returning spots.  There were a few spots that I feared would not be completely removed.  The gentleman was prompt and courteous.  He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself.

It was okay. I got away with a clean carpet. The guy wasn't really too excited. He just wanted to make one-way pass through my carpet and the area that was heavier than the rest. He didn't want to do. He gave me a hard time. He did it but it was a harrassed part.

Most work was good. Would suggest that they get closer to the edges of walls. 

Stain removal was great.

Service man was very nice and although I did not schedule cleaning of furniture, he was very nice in adding to the work requested..

Bought the Angie's List special and was nervous about trying a new company, but they were excellent from making the appointment with the staff to the actual job that was done. I was very pleased!

The service was very good... He was really nice. My deal was 4 rooms for 99.00. He told me in the beginning he would just clean the hallway for free because I didn't mention cleaning it when I pointed out the 4 rooms I wanted cleaned..it is small and honestly I thought it was part of the family room but in the end he charged me anyway., 27.00. My carpets were very clean. It was the first time I've ever had them cleaned and after they dried my kids were happy to roll around on them and I felt very comfortable about letting them. I also wanted the stain guard put on my carpets but he put deodorant on it instead.. I wasn't ask which I wanted and i forgot to insist on it... I'll have to write myself a note next time ... LOL.. Either way I'm happy with my carpets..

I decided to cancel the request before services were rendered. I did receive an email from them requesting a contact number to schedule the services. Professional and courteous.
