 + -1 moreThe showed up a bit early, but I think they used dirty water as the carpet looked horrible when it dried. They just ran the same cleaner they used on the floor on the upholstery. Again, almost looked worse than when it started.
Description of Work: They were to clean the carpet in the family room and clean the upholstery.

 + -1 moreThey do a good job and I am pleased with them. I have been using them for a long time to clean my carpets and so I keeping call them.
Description of Work: I used the services of Y & Y Carpet & Janitorial Svc for carpet cleaning. They have been cleaning my carpets for two years. The last time around I got three rooms cleaned.
